Rivers Hotel

Our 28 bedroom Rivers Hotel is based in Gateshead and short car ride away Newcastle upon Tyne, 3.4 to be exact. We offer a unique riverside location, perfectly placed for accessing all major towns and cities of the North East and offering a real home-from-home experience. Onsite we have an American Diner, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, a bar offering a range of alcohols and bar snacks, and a function room with it's own bar. Our outdoor area includes a heated patio and 2 further areas with decked wooden panelling offering seating with riverside views. Our 2 floors to the bedrooms are easily accessible by a lift or stairs. Every room is newly refurbished (Oct 2017) and all come with walk in shower, towels and toiletries, a flat screen TV, tea & coffee maker, hairdryer, wardrobe, 2 reading chairs and a dressing table. We offer a mix of double and triple rooms. The triple rooms all have a double and a single bed and we also have 2 sets of rooms adjoin by a door for larger families. We also offer 24 front desk concierge, free onsite parking, free WiFi throughout the hotel and bedrooms. We offer all staying customers 10% off at our partner businesses, a bar and restaurant in Newcastle.
