The Old Auction Rooms

The Store Rooms is a semi-detached cottage in the town of Whitby, just six miles from Robin Hood\'s Bay. The cottage sleeps two in one double bedroom with en-suite and a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking on a first come, first served basis, with a parking permit provided for one car. Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, The Store Rooms is a lovely romantic cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the world. Amenities: Gas central heating with Hive wireless thermostat control. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine, TV with Freeview and Google Chromecast, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. One parking permit provided for use in the four spaces beside the cottage (available on first come, first served basis) and all ‘W’ zones in the West Cliff area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Seafront 5 mins walk.
