Guests who visited the on-site golf course said that they were pleased with its overall appearance and that they thoroughly enjoyed their golfing experience. The spa was also complimented by many particularly the indoor pool which was described as clean and of decent size. The specialist treatments including facials and massages were also praised by the guests who said that they were carried out by experienced and professional staff.

The rooms have been described as modern and tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Guests said that they had plenty of space to sow away their belongings whilst many were also complimentary about the equally large and modern bathrooms.

All the members of staff, from the reception personnel through to the spa therapists, have been described as friendly and professional. Guests said that their various queries and requests were dealt with swiftly and effectively and that they were well looked after for the duration of their stay.

Some guests were disappointed to find that their rooms were quite a long way away from reception and considering there is no lift many said that they found it difficult climbing the stairs whilst carrying heavy luggage.

The rooms were said to lack proper soundproofing as guests objected to being able to hear noise from the corridors as well as from the adjoining rooms which prevented some from getting a peaceful night’s sleep.

The specials didn’t change on a daily basis according to the guests and many said that the menus were quite restrictive when it came to the variety of dishes on offer.
