The Exeter Inn offers cosy and quaint accommodation in a charming 14th century coaching inn. All of our rooms are en suite and have access to free Wi-Fi for guests. We offer an excellent breakfast and also a restaurant for dining at lunch or dinner time. We are conveniently situated in the heart of Modbury, with lots of amenities close by. Modbury is a superb town for exploring the south hams, it is only a short drive from all the glorious beaches and within half an hour of Plymouth and also destinations such as Salcombe and Dartmouth.
