About Playden Oasts Hotel

Playden Oasts is a delightfully quirky inn set up in, as the name would suggest, a converted Oast House. The hops is long gone, but in its place are lovely renovated rooms on the outskirts of Rye. There are a variety of rooms available. Each has been individually decorated and furnished to a high standard, and features en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee station. There is ample free parking on site and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The hotel is pet-friendly, with many of the rooms being able to accommodate dogs. Playden Oasts has two restaurants, one of them even pet friendly. They take enormous pride in using the very best local ingredients from Sussex to create innovative and tasty dishes. Rye is an ancient town, with some buildings dating back to medieval times. Rye Castle is in a popular attraction, and is in the town centre 1.6 miles to the south.
