About Winchelsea Lodge

The Lodge at Winchelsea is a little gem nestling in beautiful East Sussex countryside between Hastings and the historic town of Rye. It offers a bistro-style restaurant, comfortable lounge/bar and 28 en-suite rooms. The restaurant is open to the public and serves a wide range of delicious, home cooked food from á la carte with fine wines to bar snacks and scrumptious desserts. Rooms can be single, double, twin or family accommodation with flat screen TVs, free high-speed WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast is included but cooked dishes are also available at a small charge. Historic sites, great walks and a multitude of attractions including Ypres Tower, Camber Castle and Martello Towers are easily accessed from The Lodge and the beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
