Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This establishment offers a distinctive experience, characterized by its spacious rooms and a unique setup where accommodations are situated above a lively pub, complemented by a shared self-catering kitchen. This arrangement makes it particularly appealing for couples seeking a comfortable base with easy access to a local pub atmosphere, as well as travelers looking to explore nearby Bath, especially those with their own transport. Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, though some find the breakfast advertising misleading. To ensure a smooth stay, it is advisable to clarify breakfast expectations beforehand and be aware of potential noise from the pub, particularly on weekend evenings.
