Sofia Central Railway Station (Sofia, Bulgaria)

The largest train station of Bulgaria has been situated here since 1888. The original building was replaced by a modern station in 1974, it now features 2 floors below ground and 3 above. The building was renovated in 2000 and now features a roof in the same style as the Olympic stadium in Munich. The station serves around 12000 passengers and 170 trains per day. The main bus terminal of the city is also located at the station and it is well connected to all forms of public transport.
