Every November in the South West of Ireland there’s fun, laughter, clowns, and theatre and as The National Circus of Ireland is Ireland’s largest annual circus festival, every year is full of eye popping feats of art, skill and entertainment, taking place at various locations in Tralee. The festival started as a juggling convention to help bring the diverse strands of modern circus together, to share ideas, have fun and create an Irish representation of modern circus. At the heart of the festival are two circus variety shows called Circus Siamsa which are held in Siamsa Tíre Theatre and are the national showcase for circus in Ireland.
