Positive Reviews
positive:
Basically … it’s just great.
Rooms are basic but, having said that, they’re clean and by and large … fairly large + spacious! You only sleep there when all said and done. They’re a cleaned regularly and English speaking channels are available on ‘the box’.
positive:
Great catering.
Food choices are good and the standard equally acceptable. No moans here.
positive:
Very friendly staff.
They are very welcoming and hard working. This is evident throughout the hotel; from the rooms to corridors, bar and restaurant. Very well kept. If having to vacate your room in the morning, although your flight isn’t until later, you can continue to use
Negative Reviews
negative:
‘Muy’ Spanish bias.
There’s a strong feeling that the hotel concentrates on the needs of its Spanish guests. Preference at the queue for reception, entertainment themes etc. All these are OK, but expect a backlash from other nationalities who feel somewhat sidelined.
negative:
Understaffing.
The restaurant, in particular, suffers from under staffing. Resulting uncleared tables create a not very attractive environment in which to eat.
negative:
Quite a way out.
It’s a good 10 minute walk into the centre, or a taxi ride. The novelty of this trek tends to wear off after a day or two.
