Review summary
Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews
A vibrant downtown hub for city-focused travelers.
This property serves sightseers seeking a lively urban atmosphere and a base for exploration. An unbeatable central location pairs with a rooftop pool that provides a refreshing escape with panoramic views. The fully equipped gym rounds out the leisure offerings, and guests looking for a more personalized experience may consider booking one of the higher-floor suites for potentially better views. While the management team is often praised for their responsiveness, the inconsistent quality of the mattresses remains a notable point of feedback for those prioritizing a restful night's sleep.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, elevator delays, luggage storage challenges.
