About Ice House Apartments

Located in the newly developed SA1 Waterfront, overlooking the river Tawe and marina and just a short walk from the sea front, the apartments are superbly located. The Ice House building dates back to 1880 and is a grade II listed building. Following a £1.5 million refurbishment in 2009, the Ice House Apartments are all uniquely designed and finished to a high standard. It also houses two restaurants (including the Award Winning River House restaurant and bar) on the ground floor. There are nine bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and the main town centre is just a few minutes walk away.
