Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering primarily to sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central base for city exploration. The property boasts a highly-praised location in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to the beach and vibrant city center. While specific amenities are a point of contention, some rooms do offer practical features like a microwave and fridge. Guests consistently report significant issues with staff responsiveness and the check-in process, with an unmanned reception and reliance on online systems. For a smoother experience, ensure all access codes and check-in instructions are confirmed well in advance of arrival.
