Artist Residence a 3-star establishment situated in Brighton, described as being somewhere between a hotel and an art gallery. Within the city, the hotel is positioned at the front of the West Pier and in close proximity to Churchill Square shopping centre. Preston Park Rockery Gardens and Brighton Toy museum are in easy reach of the hotel as well as other entertainment opportunities and points of interest. There are 14 guest rooms in the hotel, categorised as superior sea view, micro sea view, non sea view, family, artist quarters and budget. The hotel is decorated artistically throughout, with all rooms individually painted and equipped with flat screen TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also features a newly renovated non-profit art cafe "teapigs", serving home-made food as well as tea & coffee, enabling guests to dine in the comfort of the hotel. Alternatively, there are numerous dining opportunities in the surrounding area. Each month there is an art exhibition at the hotel in the on-site gallery. There is no private car park at the hotel, however, car parking is possible at the underground car park underneath the Regency Square.
