    Review summary

Summarized by AI from 40+ reviews

The hotel offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, often described as having a "magical appeal" that transports guests to a serene, almost fairy-tale like setting within the city. Guests consistently highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who are frequently praised for their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds are also recurring positive themes, ensuring a restful stay. This accommodation is particularly well-suited for couples seeking a quiet retreat away from the bustling city center and budget travelers looking for good value, given its advantageous quality-price ratio. To enhance your stay, it is advisable to be prepared for the hotel's reliance on public transport due to its distance from major attractions, and it would be wise to inquire about the elevator's operational status, as it has been noted to be out of service at times.
