Plaj Harmanite (Sozopol, Bulgaria)

Plaj Harmanite is the name of the beach which is located in the town of Sozopol. It is one of the beaches of the town. It is situated in the bay in the new part of the town. The beach is near to centre of the sea town. The Plaj Harmanite can be reached by foot and by car. Car parking spaces are also available. Surrounding the beach there are hotels, restaurants, shops, bars and disco clubs. The sand beach is several kilometers long. It is also very wide. The sand is a fine yellow colour and the water is shallow and still making it suitable for bathing. The water is crystal clear. There is a section of the beach that is guarded and a section that is unguarded. Parasols and deck chairs are available for a fee. There is a water slide and a area for beach volleyball. There is a rescue service, changing cabins and access facilities for people with disabilities. For fans of water sports there are water wheels, surfs, jets, water bananas etc. There is a regular bus line from town Burgas to Sozopol.
