Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester offers modern luxury and style in Manchester's historic Free Trade Hall with elegant rooms and suites, free high-speed Wi-Fi on unlimited devices. Embracing the art of shared dining in the heart of Manchester, Peter Street Kitchen will offer an exquisite selection of contemporary Japanese and Mexican small plates, complemented with the finest wines, sake and signature cocktails. Showcasing flavours and ingredients from both nations, the kitchen also caters for private dinners, with a traditional Hibachi, the iconic Japanese charcoal brazier and features a Bar and Rikyū Lounge, serving brunch, drinks and a twist on afternoon tea. Due to upgrade works, following significant refurbishment across the rest of the hotel, Sienna Spa & Health Club will be closed until 20th of February 2019.
