Negative Reviews
negative:
Some night time disturbance
Most of the rooms at Skeffington Arms are nice and quiet, however if you happen to get a room near to the bar you might have some trouble falling asleep. For that reason the intuitive staff have ear plugs ready at reception should anyone need them.
negative:
Rooms not too clean
There have been a number of complaints about dirty skirting boards in the rooms. While guests were not too happy with the floor in general, the bathrooms were reportedly a little messy too. Some guests took it upon themselves to sanitise the bathroom.
negative:
Smelly hallways
If you have a keen sense of smell you might have noticed the damp whiff in the elevators. Quite a few guests have complained about the smell lingering all the way along the hallways too. If there are some damp issues, and hopefully management can attend to these problems.
