Shinagawa Prince Hotel (Tokyo, Japan)

The Shinagawa Prince is very well located and connected said guests who stayed here. There is some good shopping close by and the hotel is also close to the railway and metro stations making it easy for guests to get around. There are stunning views from the rooms and restaurants as well.

Business visitors recommend the hotel particularly since it is very well equipped for professional requirements and because the staff is attuned to their needs. Many business visitors stay here repeatedly. Leisure visitors and families also enjoyed their stays here because of the many leisure amenities provided.

The quality of service is generally well spoken of. The staff speaks good English and is very polite, professional and attentive to guest requirements.

A great many guests at the Shinagawa Prince felt that the bathrooms, tub and rooms were very small and cramped. Rooms have very little space for big bags. Some guests had problems with the temperature control and some felt that the type of furniture and upkeep offered were not up to par. The rooms in the different towers are fairly varied too.

Though some guests thought that the hotel is good value, others felt that the hotel is overpriced for the amenities and the size of room offered. When fully booked the place gets very crowded and the air conditioning cannot cope felt some guests.

Some rooms have very poor views and some rooms above the main street also tend to get quite noisy according to guests.
