Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
The hotel's most frequently praised feature, despite its mixed reviews, is its spacious apartment-style rooms equipped with kitchenettes, making it a practical choice for longer stays and families or groups who prefer self-catering. Its prime location near the metro station and various local amenities is also a consistent highlight. Many guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, often describing their stay as feeling like a "second home." However, a notable number of reviews express significant concerns regarding overall cleanliness, particularly the presence of pests, and the dated condition of furniture and appliances. The hotel is often recommended for budget-conscious travelers and those seeking convenience over luxury. To ensure a smoother experience, guests are advised to confirm room amenities are fully functional upon arrival and to clarify any potential additional fees or deposit requirements upfront.
