About Royal Spa Hotel

A warm welcome awaits you at the The Royal Spa Hotel. Located in the town of Lisdoonvarna Co Clare, just 40 miles from Shannon Airport. It is an ideal base for visiting the Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and other local attractions. Built in pre-famine Ireland the hotel is a listed heritage building in Co Clare. Serving customers since 1832, including famous names such as Eamon de Valera, Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott to name a few. Relax and unwind in our Royal Spa café, offering light bites, scrumptious meals and a pizza menu. Why not tempt yourself to one of our delicious homemade cakes! The café is open 10am - 6pm (excluding Tuesdays). Food is also served in our bar nightly from 6pm-9pm.
