Rooms cleaned every day without fail
The rooms have great reviews regarding the cleanliness. The maids work all day and night to keep up with the cleaning and guests who have left reviews have noted about the amazing towel art they also do which is lovely to come back to after a day round the pool.
positive:
Very attentive staff and waiters
The waiting staff as well as the animation team have very positive comments. They make a huge effort for adults and kids through the day and evening. Those staying with families have the choice of a kids club so they can have a relax on their own.
positive:
Great pool views
The rooms have either a pool, bay or mountain view. The rooms with a pool view have been highly recommended as guests have thoroughly enjoyed waking up and being able to sit and have a coffee.
Negative Reviews
negative:
All inclusive alcohol watered down
There is an all inclusive option within the hotel which caters for food and drink. Guests have left very negative reviews regarding the watered down drinks, especially the ones round the pool.
negative:
People wearing swimming short for dinner
There is a strict dress code which guests are not following. Many reviews state people walk around at dinner in speedo's etc which is not allowed but the staff do not seem to care and nothing is said to them. This can be quite off putting when others have dressed up for the evening and expect others to do so also.
negative:
Don't go for a relaxing holiday
The pool, bars and restaurants are fairly busy and noisy, especially at night. Previous guests have complained to say the hotel is generally noisy, even the corridors as they are so long and the noise bounces off the walls.
