About Knight Castle Hotel - Formerly known as Carlton Palace Hotel
The Metropolitan Palace in Dubai is a five star deluxe hotel which combines elements of Arabic, European and Far Eastern influence. The hotel is located close to the Al Ghurair and several smaller shopping malls and is a short walk from Dubai Creek and Heritage Village. Guests can take advantage of a shuttle service to the Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa where beach and pool facilities are provided. The Metropolitan has more than 200 rooms and suites which are as graded superior, deluxe, executive and suites. 56 of the rooms are designated for non-smoking guests. All rooms have controllable air conditioning, en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, mini bar and room safe, hairdryer and television with international channels. Bathrobes are provided, laundry service is available and room service is provided round the clock. The hotel has 5 places for dining and drinking offering international cuisine, Lebanese, Mediterranean, steakhouse and snack options. There is a rooftop pool with sun deck, a gymnasium, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and sauna and massage is also available. The hotel has an onsite gift shop, jeweler and hairdressing salon.
