About The Caledonian Edinburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hilton Caledonian is a 5 star hotel in Edinburgh that stands below the Castle Rock right in the heart of the city centre. Its location ensures that it is not only conveniently located for visitors to the castle but that it is also within a short walking distance of most of Edinburgh's other attractions. There are 254 rooms, each of which are en suite and equipped with the standard amenities that one would expect to find in a hotel of this class, but in addition to these standard amenities there are also extras including interactive television sets with Internet access. Some of the rooms have been adapted to make them suitable for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. Facilities at the hotel include an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna and there is a restaurant and bar. Whilst some of the services available from the 24 hour reception include a laundry service (including ironing and dry cleaning), room service and shoe shine is also available. A business centre and conference/meeting rooms are available and the hotel has its own car park, which guests can use for an additional fee of £9.50 per day.
