Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

A historic city-center base for budget-conscious sightseers.

This hotel serves as a practical hub for sightseers, pairing a prime location near major landmarks with a 24-hour reception that ensures consistent support. The property sits alongside convenient public transport links, while the breakfast buffet offers a reliable start to the day; guests looking for a local treat should be sure to sample the Sacher torte and coffee. While the reception staff are frequently praised for their friendly and accommodating service, the building’s ongoing refurbishment and dated interiors suggest this property is best suited for travelers prioritizing location over modern luxury.

Some guests mentioned: poor interior conditions, street noise, expensive meal prices.
