Stefano's Villa Lagonissi

Stefanos Villa is situated on the hill of Lagonisi, a suburb on the south east coast of Αttica. It is a 30 minute drive on the beautiful coastal road to the centre of Athens, 500 metres from the Lagonisi beach, 27km from Sounion and the ancient temple of Posiedon and 22 km from the international airport. Its architectural line is minimalistic designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is new and consists of basement, ground level, first floor and roof garden. The basement has a bedroom with a queen size double bed, a bathroom with a shower a small kitchen, a sauna, a home cinema media station up-to-date with latest movies and TV-series, a billiard table, and a laundry room. The basement also has independent access to the garden. Every floor is filled with sunlight; even the basement bedroom through a skylight. On the ground floor is a living room with a couch, a 60” TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a 6-seater dining table and a fireplace for those who visit during winter. In the garden is a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and a dining table for 6. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a medium size bed and a bathroom. All have views of the mountains and the sea. The roofgarden, with lots of comfortable cushion for lounging, has a magnificent view. Watching the sunset from there is magical. All three floors are equipped with top of the line technology. There are wi-fi routers on each floor and Internet access. Towels and bedsheets are changed every three days. There is air conditioning, an elevator, an alarm system and security cameras. An agent will drive you from and to the airport/port, show you the villa's facilities and provide you with information. Included in the price is a tour of the historic centre of Athens, the Acropolis, the museum and the ancient Agora. Also an excursion to the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion.
