HI my name is Panikos Kkaras and i m the manager of KKARAS HOTEL at AYIA NAPA. I born .and i live all my life here in Ayia Napa so my Family. I remember Ayia Napa as a small fishing and farming Village. I use to go swimming and Nobody als was on the beach, i was having the hole beach by my self, now Ayia Napa beaches are very very full and Cosmopolitan and very very busy with some thousands of Turist every day from all over the warld ..KKARAS HOTEL is family hotel run by Kkaras Family, is on the east side of Ayia Napa 3 min. walk from the best beach of Cyprus named Pantachu ,where the Harbor is. Is a small hotel 2 star , with 44 rooms build on 2 floors .In the room can stay up to 4 people. In every room there is Air condition ,a fridge a T.V ,W,C, Bathroom & shower, all the rooms have balcony with garden vew. The hotel have nice big green gardes and lots of trees around the hotel area like Palms trees,Olive trees,Banamas trees ,Orange trees.In the premisses we have the 2 DAY SUPERMARKET withe everything you need for your holiday drinks,Water, Beers, Wines. Spirits, food ,fresh bread ,fresh fruits fresh milk and anything you need for your fridge and etc.and free parking. At the hotel we have a free parking.Just outside the hotel is the bus station to move around any where you like, there is lots of restaurants ,Bars ,Shops,Pharmacy. Allsow we are 3 min walk from the old Manastry and all the night life af Ayia Napa BARS, NIGHT CLUBS, DISCOS and everything
