Features available at this resort are endless and include complimentary Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, games room, waterslide and sun terrace.  Other amenities include a sauna, hot tub, bicycle rentals, free parking and concierge service. A buffet restaurant serves international dishes at lunch and dinner and several other restaurants specialize in Mexican, Italian and Turkish cuisine at dinner only.  Room service is available. The resort is about an hour away from Dalaman Airport and a number of attractions are located nearby including Mamaris Water Park, Marmaris Marina, Dancing Fountains, Dalyan and Icmeler Beach.

    Excellent location close to the town and amenities

    The hotel is in close proximity to the town and guests who frequented the centre were grateful for the convenience of a short travelling distance. There are plenty of shops in the area that cater to a variety of tastes and interests.

    The breakfast spread is varied and well prepared

    The hotel offers guests a complimentary buffet breakfast. Majority of the guests were very pleased by the breakfast menu as the dishes were expertly prepared and there was a wide variety when it came to the hot dishes.

    The beachfront hotel offers guests a number of recreational activities onsite such as personal watercrafts. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, wellness facility and full-service spa. Offsite activities near the hotel include wind surfing and canoeing are favourable to guests.

    The hotel's Wi-Fi speeds are somewhat slow

    A number of guests were unhappy with the hotel's wireless internet connectivity. The signal was weak in most areas and especially in the rooms. Connecting to the network was difficult and the slow speeds were experienced throughout a browsing session.

    A number of guests complained about the heating system in the hotel especially during the cold months. They felt their rooms were too cold even with the heat on high. Some complained about malfunctioning air conditioning units that were not working as expected.
