Hotel des Mimosas (Juan-les-Pins, France)

Many guests recommended Hôtel des Mimosas as a peaceful and relaxing get away. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees and a large and beautiful garden. Guests can also lounge by the pool or walk to the beach within ten-minutes. The city centre and shops are also within walking distance and there are also many local bakeries and restaurants along the seaside to enjoy. For guests wishing to travel further afield, the local train station is a ten-minute walk away and provides easy access to Cannes and Nice.

The rooms are comfortably air conditioned, well appointed, clean, quiet and furnished with comfortable beds. Some guests also enjoyed rooms with a balcony that offered views of the town.

Guests described the staff as attentive, friendly, genuine and helpful. The front desk staff can also provide provide tourist information and assistance for the local area.

While some guests described the hotel as charming and quaint, others felt that it was too old fashioned, tired in appearance and in need of modernisation.

Some guests found the rooms to be smaller than the photos led them to believe. The bathroom in particular was reported to be small and some guests found it awkward to access and comfortably use the bathroom facilities.

Some guests reported that, as a family with young children, they were not made to feel welcome as the natural activity and noise made by children is not accepted.
