Review summary

Summarized by AI from 60+ reviews

This hotel, a remodeled old house with a discreet exterior, stands out primarily for its exceptionally friendly staff and central location, making it a memorable choice for many travelers. Guests consistently praise the team's attentiveness and willingness to assist, which significantly enhances the overall experience. While the modern rooms are generally appreciated for their design and comfort, a recurring theme is the significant internal noise due to the building's structure. The hotel's prime location, just a few blocks from the main square, makes it ideal for sightseers and casual travelers looking to explore the city on foot. It is also well-suited for couples seeking a convenient base. However, due to the noise levels, it may not be the best fit for families with young children or those sensitive to sound. To ensure a more peaceful stay, guests might consider requesting a room away from common areas or on a higher floor, and it's advisable to confirm specific room features like window access and door locks upon arrival.
