Larkfield Priory is well-located on the main road and just 2.2 miles from the M20 motorway for a stopover. Guests going to visit nearby towns and even countries like France will find it en-route and hence convenient for a short stay. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle of city, which is approximately five miles from the hotel.

The hotel had good on-site parking, which is spacious and complimentary.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. From the reception staff to the bar staff, everyone was nice and took great care in making sure everything is in place. An appropriate number of staff provided efficient service.

A few guests reported problems about the food at the restaurant. It was not very delicious, not many choices in menu and the lack of basis like fruit and cereal in the buffet breakfast disappointed the guests.

Though the hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi, the signal strength is very poor. Network is weak, which makes accessing the net a frustrating experience in the rooms as well as hotel.

Lack of hot water, electrical sockets, thin curtains, stained carpets are some of the minor issues highlighted by guests. Though the room facilities are adequate, décor and furniture is also a bit tired and hotel interiors need an upgradation. A face lift is highly appreciated.
