Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to budget travelers and sightseers, offering a practical base for exploring. Its central location in the village provides easy access to the Loch Ness Centre and local amenities, with ample parking for those arriving by car. The property features spacious communal areas, including a lounge and dining room, though the kitchen's cleanliness is inconsistent. While staff responsiveness can be an issue, some guests have experienced pleasant and helpful interactions upon arrival. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room away from potential noise sources.
