Most guests said that they found their rooms to be comfortable and spacious.

Though not everyone may have been in agreement, a good number of people said they enjoyed the breakfast buffet and diverse menu options the hotel provided.

People who get bored easily will appreciate that there were a lot of positive remarks about some of the hotel's extra amenities including the pool, Jacuzzi and children's entertainment areas. People travelling with young kids especially seemed to enjoy this hotel as there were lots of activities for their children to do and it kept them busy.

There were a few comments about the leisure centre being pretty outdated. Some people also said their rooms could use a bit of freshening up as a few items like chairs and blankets were looking a little worn down at times.

Depending on the day and the employee you encounter, staff service may be hit or miss. While many people said they found staff members to be friendly and welcoming, there were a number of others who mentioned that staff members were not very helpful and even dismissive at times.

This hotel seems to be a popular choice for gathering groups of friends, parties and people travelling with children. There were some complaints about noise late into the night from evening revellers as well as noisy children running through the corridors.
