Review summary
Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews
This hotel is a vibrant retreat ideal for families and groups of friends seeking an active ski vacation. It boasts an excellent location with convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to several lifts and ski schools. The highlight of the amenities is the on-site restaurant, praised for its quality, delicious pizza, and traditional fondue, complemented by a unique fresh bread and pastry delivery service each morning. Guests consistently praise the reception staff for their pleasant demeanor and helpfulness, and the ski hire shop staff for their excellent service. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room facing away from the main activity, as some rooms experience noise due to the central location and occasional soundproofing issues.
