Even if you are not an athlete, you can still enjoy the aqua aerobic and yoga classes supervised by highly skilled instructors.

You can never go wrong in choosing to spend your time at the hotel’s gardens. They are beautifully landscaped and are extremely clean. The bushes are trimmed well and trees give fresh air. Moreover, you can enjoy the spectacular garden views from your room.

The hotel’s location is a bit isolated from the crowded parts of Las Playitas. Thus, you can expect a noise-free sleep. The rooms have thick walls too, so there’s negligible noise from the hallways and nearby rooms.

There are a lot of people in the pool area, especially during peak seasons. The sun beds are many, but sometimes, it gets hard getting one. The distance between you and the next sun bed is so close. If you want more privacy, you can just book a room with a private pool.

The food does not meet your expectations from a four-star hotel. The pasta is sometimes served cold, and the sauce is watery. The pizza is not always fresh and tastes like it’s only been reheated. However, you can just eat at the other restaurants outside the hotel.

The temperature is a bit unstable due to the air conditioners. It still feels warm despite the air conditioners being on full blast. They also emit strange noises. If you encounter any of these problems, you can notify the staff.
