Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel primarily serves budget travelers and those seeking basic, inexpensive accommodation, often described as a place to simply "crash" or get some rest. Its most notable characteristic, frequently highlighted by guests, is its extremely run-down condition and pervasive cleanliness issues, including reports of pests and unsanitary rooms. While some guests find the location convenient for accessing nearby amenities, others express concerns about the surrounding environment. The staff receives mixed feedback, with some guests praising their friendliness and helpfulness, while many others report rude or uncooperative interactions. For individuals prioritizing affordability above all else, this hotel might meet minimal needs, but it consistently falls short on comfort and maintenance. Guests are strongly advised to manage their expectations and consider inspecting their room thoroughly upon arrival, as well as bringing their own personal comfort items.
