Maris Beach Hotel (Marmaris, Turkey)

Most guests enjoyed the food that was served at the restaurant. They advised the food had a good taste and was well cooked. Others remarked there was an extensive menu with a wide variety of food to choose from.

Some visitors that stayed at Maris Beach enjoyed the views they gained from their rooms. They advised they had a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. This hotel is ideal if you’re looking to stay in Marmaris.

Although there were some travellers that were unhappy with the service they received from the hotel staff members, advising they found them to be surly and uncooperative, many others stated exactly the opposite. They advised the hotel personnel were amiable and efficient, willing to help to resolve any problems which arose.

This is something the hotel needs to address. Some guests were not impressed with having to paying extra to use the safety deposit box and the air conditioning. They advised it wasn’t fair to be charged to use these products. While there are some hotels that will charge to use a safe, charging visitors to use the air conditioning in a country as hot as Turkey where air conditioning is a necessity does seem over the top.

Some visitors to Maris Beach lamented about the state of the Wi-Fi. They remarked the Wi-Fi either worked intermittently or didn’t work at all. Others advised the Wi-Fi didn’t work in their rooms.

A few travellers complained about the state of the lift, advising the lift was slow and would occasionally get stuck.
