Review summary
Summarized by AI from 60+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly urban hub ideal for sightseers and solo travelers seeking convenient access to local attractions. The property's strongest asset is its prime location, offering easy access to various points of interest. While amenities are basic, the Firehouse Pizzeria stands out, consistently receiving praise for its delicious food and attentive service. Guests often report inconsistencies with staff and service, particularly during check-in, which sometimes occurs at an external pizza restaurant. For a smoother experience, guests should be prepared for a less traditional check-in process.
