The guests were impressed with the wide variety of meat, cereals, vegetables and great selection of juices offered at reasonable prices. The bars with lovely ambience allowed the guests to indulge in drinking and dancing leaving them delighted.
The guests highly appreciated the polite and friendly staff members at the hotel who were ever ready to help them. They were accommodating and paid detailed attention to the needs of the guests. The excellent services and pampering received by the entire staff made the stay for the guests a memorable experience.
The rooms at the hotel have been found to be immaculate offering great atmosphere. The beautiful and comfortable rooms with great amenities provided utmost relaxation and happiness to the guests. Moreover, the clean and well-kept bathrooms left the guests extremely happy.
There have been complaints regarding a few rooms at the hotel to be very noisy as the guests could constantly hear the loud music from the night club. The pounding music that lasted until 3-4 am did not let the guests sleep the whole night leaving them annoyed and frustrated.
Some of the guests had complaints regarding their key card being non-operational most of the times which made them visit the front desk several times a day for help.
Few guests were not happy with the limited or no connectivity of Wi-Fi in their respective rooms and they had to go out in the open area to get it.
