Ilima Hotel (Honolulu, USA)

The hotel is located just an easy walk to Waikiki beach and the International Market Place, the hotels offers guests with a great adventure and shopping experience. With plenty of outdoor activities included, the hotel is an ideal location for holiday makers. Guests will find attraction sites nearby like the Honolulu Zoo to be of interest.

The staff are very patient and professional when handling guests. They have warm personalities and enthusiasm to help makes your stay at the hotel a pleasurable one. They also are very knowledgeable about the environs and never hesitate to give you guidance.

The apartments are exceptionally well maintained and spacious. The rooms are clean and the beds are lavish and very comfortable. Many guests felt that the kitchenettes were well equipped and roomy enough to make self-catering during your stay a rather enjoyable experience.

In some rooms, the decor was seen as being dated by a few of the guests. The carpets both in the rooms and public areas were a little worn out in some areas. The air conditioning also seemed to be imperfect and that made for very hot rooms.

According to some guests, the elevator was quite slow in ascending and descending. At times during peak seasons it could get rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially problematic if several guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

A few guests were dissatisfied by the very weak wireless internet signal provided by the hotel. A few rooms did not even receive any signal whatsoever. Others areas especially the pool area didn't receive the signal at times.
