The Bull in Ditchling is a 450 year old grade listed inn has been sympathetically restored with open fires, cosy corners, bare floorboards, scrubbed tables and candlelight. With a choice of three bars and dining areas, luxurious bedrooms and a huge garden you will not be disappointed. Here they keep 5 cask ales, including 'Bedlam' from their very own brewery along with 8 independent craft beers and over 20 wines by the glass. Sussex farms and estates provide the new head chef and his brigade with fresh local produce, but his best ingredients come from the pubs own kitchen garden supplying vegetables, fresh fruit and herbs throughout the seasons. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and supper and the creative British menus change daily. Upstairs the bedrooms are newly renovated to the highest standard, voted in the UK's top 10 by the Sunday Times.
