Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations, a signature feature that defines the guest experience. While some guests appreciate the updated rooms, the ongoing construction, including areas with caution tape, exposed drywall, and missing flooring, has led to a chaotic and at times, hazardous, environment. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for sightseers and those on distillery tours, offering easy access to local attractions and dining. However, the overall condition, described by many as "old," "worn," and "run down," suggests it is not ideal for travelers seeking modern amenities or a quiet retreat. To ensure a smoother stay, it is advisable to confirm the status of renovations and specific room features before booking, as availability and conditions can vary significantly.
