About Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam

The Grand Amsterdam Sofitel Demeure is situated in the heart of town, not far from the Van Gogh Museum, the Royal Palace and Anne Franks House. Central station is within walking distance, as is the Dam Square. This five star luxury hotel has 178 rooms including 55 suites. Room facilities include air conditioning, a safe deposit box, a mini bar, satellite and cable TV, a high speed Internet connection and a trouser press. Room sizes vary form 25m² to 75m² for the Opera suite. The Grand offers 24 hour room service and in room dining service. French and fusion cuisine is served at the restaurant which is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm whilst the hotel bar is open from 9am to 1am. For business and eventful meetings the Grand has 19 banqueting and conference rooms, some of which are classed as historical monuments. These are all have modern furnishings. Within the hotel recreational options include the fitness centre and the indoor swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna of having a massage.
