Hotel Roma is very well located for seeing the sights and getting around Prague. It is outside the centre but within walking distance of the city centre attractions, while there is a tram stop located just opposite. It is also close to the Petrin Funicular Station, and in the area around the hotel there are bars and restaurants which guests say are good.

Guests say that all the staff at Hotel Roma are helpful and friendly. Reception staff particularly are highly praised for being eager to assist, being happy to offer advice on parking, travel, places to visit, and eat.

Judging by the reviews, guests are happy with the rooms at Hotel Roma. They say that rooms are very spacious, with the additional space helping to make the rooms feel more comfortable. The bathrooms too are also said to be a good size, while the high-quality housekeeping also gets a favourable mention.

The Wi-Fi connection is said to be poor in some parts of Hotel Roma, saying that it can take several minutes to open a webpage and that it disconnects regularly. However, the Wi-Fi service is much improved when used in the breakfast room.

Guests who had rooms on the side of Hotel Roma overlooking the main road said that they could hear some noise from traffic and also from the trams. This is considered a bit of a nuisance.

Some guests are a little disappointed with the breakfast offered. They say there is not a good selection, particularly for savoury items, and so this is repetitive if staying for a few days. They do not think that the quality is very high either.
