Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

This hotel is a tranquil historic hideaway, ideal for sightseers and solo travelers seeking a peaceful retreat amidst natural beauty. The property boasts a prime location in a quiet mountain village, offering proximity to El Soplao and serving as a convenient base for the Camino Lebaniego. Guests consistently praise the attentive and friendly staff, who often go above and beyond, and the restaurant is appreciated for its homemade quality and generous portions of traditional dishes like Cocido Montañés. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a room that has been recently renovated, as some accommodations are noted for being dated and having a pervasive smell of dampness.
