Review summary

Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews

The hotel's most prominent feature is its central location within the historic Sur district, offering unparalleled access to the city's main attractions and historical sites. This makes it an excellent choice for sightseers eager to explore the area on foot, as well as families looking for convenience in navigating the city. Many guests highlight the attentive staff and the quality of the breakfast, which often includes local specialties. However, there are recurring comments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of facilities, indicating a mixed experience in these areas. For business travelers, the central position can be advantageous, though some aspects of room comfort might be inconsistent. To ensure a comfortable stay, it is advisable to thoroughly check your room upon arrival for any issues and to visit the breakfast area early to enjoy the full selection before items run out.
