Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

While some guests appreciate the hotel's pet-friendly policy, allowing companions to stay, the overall guest experience is significantly marred by widespread reports of pest infestations, unacceptable cleanliness standards, and pervasive unpleasant odors throughout the property. The staff service receives highly mixed feedback, ranging from genuinely helpful to extremely rude and unaccommodating. This hotel may appeal to budget-conscious travelers seeking a very basic, short-term stay, particularly those with pets, provided they are prepared for substantial compromises in hygiene and comfort. It is advisable for guests to bring their own linens and be prepared for potential issues upon arrival.
