Review summary

Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews

The hotel's signature feature is its extensive wellness and spa area, particularly the highly praised sauna world which offers unique experiences and excellent sauna sessions, often led by skilled masters. This makes it an ideal destination for wellness enthusiasts and couples seeking a relaxing retreat, as well as families due to its dedicated children's facilities and engaging programs. Guests consistently highlight the high quality of the food served in the buffet, the generally clean and comfortable rooms, and the variety of entertainment options available on-site. While many appreciate these aspects, some guests have noted inconsistencies in staff service, particularly at the reception. To ensure a smooth experience, it is advisable to confirm specific spa policies, such as sauna opening times and attire rules, and be prepared for varied interactions with the hotel staff.
