About La Belle Tortue

La Belle Tortue is a small Lodge & Restaurant located on Silhouette Island, a natural park island. Only 7 rooms, with a maximum of 15 guests. Here we invite our guests to relax, enjoy this beautiful pristine nature, and share our love for fresh and local products through our restaurant. There is no shop on this Island, for this reason, all our room rates include halfboard. Halfboard include breakfast and dinner gastronomic set menu. Dinner is a particular moment, when we are pleased to share our passion for cooking, and our love for good products. All our room have ocean view, airconditionner, and minibar. On Silhouette Island, you can enjoy hiking (4 hiking trails), snorkeling, diving, swimming, and of course relaxing.
