Hotel Ivka (Dubrovnik, Croatia)

Guests found the quarters at Ivka to be basic, large, very clean, sporting good bathrooms and many even came with the bonus of their own balconies.

The buffet breakfast is typical of European buffets in that it offers a very wide selection of fare — and lots of it — something people appreciated before heading downtown.

While the staff at IVka were generally found to be pleasant enough, some guests thought they could have been more helpful or enthusiastic.

A small number of guests thought the location was not fantastic for the old town, given that walking would take a very long time, but most found that it was good as a base given the easy public transport access.

Guests mentioned a few small matters which did not cause too many problems, but should still be noted, such as limited TV channels in English, changeable Wi-Fi quality, beds with hard wooden edges, and the lack of a fridge in the rooms.
